Plating Standard

• Plating specification are developed and issued by many industrial organisations as well as government bodies. Some examples are ASTM, ISO, JIS, BS, DIN, etc.
• In UEP, all our plating needs are covered by specification and standard. Whether Ulision ElectroPlating in house standard ( which is base on international specification) or specific requirement set by our customers.
• Examples of standard used by the automotive industries are HES 2003 (Honda), DTSH (Daihatsu), PES (Proton) UEP in house standards are based on the JIS/ISO/ASTM standard. We will apply this standard for customers who do not have their own standard.
• In constant upgrade & preservation of Quality products. Ulision ElectroPlating have achieved the International recognised ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 in Automotive specified metal surface finishing scope.
